IT Divisional Physical Inventory Period 

October 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023

If you have any outstanding assets, you should have received an email outlining what those are.

Please coordinate with your team and the IT Property Rep, Tonisha Garza to ensure all open assets in your name get scanned into the system.

The Property Management team encourages us to be at 99% scanned by the end of April 2023.

The Open Asset Inventory Report is updated every Tuesday EOB
